Fluctuations in your stress and anxiety levels are considered normal and
unavoidable in daily life and it’s no different for students who may be
struggling to keep on top of work deadlines, tight budgets and a busy
set of social relationships. But high levels of anxiety over time or
sudden anxiety attacks can become a serious problem if they get between
you and what you want to do in life. In this video, two NUIG students,
Mark and Lauren, describe how anxiety affected their college life and
how, with support, they learned to understand and deal with it.
